WEB SITE DESIGN

With a very few exceptions, and other costs not associated with OUR work, (secure certifiate purchase, merchant accounts, other software purchases from third parties which you choose), The list below identifies services which are included in our $50.00 per hour rate. This is NOT a complete list. There are always custom items clients want, and those are at the same rate. (see addendum below for exceptions).

• Web Site planning (one-on-one live phone or web consult with your designer-NO CHARGE)
• Web Page design, HTML coding (over and above our package rates for custom pages.)
• Image design and alteration (any size, any colors, animated or not)
• Custom Photo alteration Scanning documents, photos, images etc. (client provides)
• Java scripting
• FormMail pages
• Guestbooks
• Bulletin Boards
• Special Effects (rollover links, images etc.)
• Encrypted PGP E-mail forms (PGP program is third party software--client purchases)
• FTP upload to your server or ours
• Password protected pages
• Custom "Error" Pages
• Unlimited links
• Website Promotion (pay for placement promotions are at the client's expense in addition to our fee.)
• Custom pages with custom selected features are built at our $50 per hour rate.
• Our billing bills per 1/2 hour being rounded up at :15 minutes past the hour and 1/2 hour.
• Domain name registration and hosting fees are applied separately.

****ADDENDUM Complex scripting, cgi--perl--php--MySql etc., shopping cart applications (custom), and Flash™ designs, video and/or audio streaming are a few of the services which we require a fee of $65.00 per hour to create and implement. this is to offset our cost to create the programming code. Insertion into your site is still only $50.00 per hour, the hours charged for the scripting are for the authoring of the script(s) only. Use of any royalty bearing product, copyrighted images, licensed text and/or images, or any other item which requires a fee to the owner of the copyright, will be paid for by client as a third party fee. NO images or copyrighted materials will be used without the written permission of the owner of said license, and the fee for getting this permission is $65.00 per hour, or the client can do so and submit to us the original permission documentation.
